Our Light Therapy Equipment Return Policy:
We believe in our products and taking care of our customers which is why we issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase (minus a 20% restocking fee for all orders).
Each light therapy system purchase also includes a 2-year warranty that you can read more about here.

Which countries do you accept returns from?
We accept returns from Australia, Canada, England, Mexico and US. If you are purchasing outside of these regions, please feel free to contact me.
When should you expect your return?
Expect a refund up to 30 days after the manufacturer has received the returned product(s).
Are taxes charged?
For out of state purchases, sales tax is not charged. You are required to pay Consumer Use tax. For purchases outside of the Unites States, please contact me for additional details.
How can you return your products?
You can return products through the post or UPS. Once you apply here for a return, you will receive an email to download and print the label to ship it back to us.
Can you return a product in new, used, or both conditions?
Customer can return product(s) in new, used or both conditions within 30 days of purchase.
In which currency does the policy apply?
We handle all returns with USD (United States Dollars.)
As a customer, do I need to pay for defective products or customer remorse purchases?
For any purchases made, there is a 20% restocking fee applied for customer remorse.
If the product is defective, the manufacturer will send out a new product after receiving the defective product without charge.
