What are the different wavelengths of lights you use?
465 nm
This light penetrates 2 to 4 millimeters into the body. This type of blue light targets our cells and natural responses to help reduce our susceptibility to disease and illness.
629 nm
This light penetrates ½ an inch to 1 inch into your body. It allows the light to speak to your muscles, tendons, ligaments, tissue, and even cartilage. This helps to reduce inflammation.

I have been a practitioner of light therapy for the past 10 years and I am deeply passionate about sharing its benefits after I struggled with my own health issues. My goal is to help people experience the same freedom and hope I felt after discovering a safe alternative.
I provide a safe and knowledgeable environment for anyone I work with. This includes my foundation as a Certified Light Therapist and Specialist where I have deepened my knowledge through many different light energy training courses and seminars. My priority is to bring medically tested light therapy equipment to you. This ensures that you know how to use it to it's fullest capacity and heal at the deepest levels.
I believe in walking alongside my clients as they heal from their ailments using light therapy as a natural remedy.
